The battle II spinning reels have the same full metal body and HT-100 drag system you’ve come to trust. By keying HT100 versa-drag washers into the spool, the battle II is able to use both sides of each washer to provide higher maximum drags, more range, and smoother start-ups compared to ordinary reels. Add to that a heavy-duty aluminum bail wire, a superline spool, and line capacity rings.
