K2 has designed Mindbender W 95 MV for advanced female skiers who want to ski touring or freeride. These ski boots are both very practical and technologically adequate. The flexibility of the Mindbender W 95 Mv ski boots is 95 to provide a perfect balance between stiffness and flexibility. This is the ideal boot for the lighter skier who is still developing. These boots feature 4 buckles throughout the shell, a Spyne Powerlock walking mechanism, a Friction Free Cuff Pivot and rocker-like Grip Walk soles. This makes long walks downhill and uphill as easy as possible. The Luxfit Pro Tour medium density thermoformable ultrasound foam liner is incorporated for perfect customisation, ensuring precision, stability, foot support and maximum comfort at the same time. To claim the performance of a champion, the shell has been manufactured with thermoformable Powerlite Shell constructed on four different thermoplastic polyurethane densities. The stiffer Powerfuse Spyne sits on the collars for maximum support and power transmission. The Lower Power under the hoof is rigid enough to provide torsional resistance and immediate support transfer. In the upper hoof, there is the Shell body, which is medium stiff and is designed to absorb vibrations as well as being a good envelope for the feet. The softest, the Fasfit Instep, is a real cocoon for a quick and easy fit. The MV in the name of the range specifically stands for Medium volume. They have a metatarsal width of 100 mm and an insole volume of 95 mm for a comfortable and convenient fit. The pairs are grey in colour overall, however they do have some purple accents.
