Description
The I’D S self-braking descender is primarily intended for working at height and for areas that are difficult to access. It has an ergonomically shaped lever with which the abseiling process can be conveniently controlled. The integrated anti-panic function and safety lock reduce the risk of accidents in the event of an operating error. The auto-lock system allows the user to position themselves at the workstation without having to operate the lever and tie off the device. After locking, the rope can be retracted without operating the lever. The safety clip allows the device to remain attached to the harness when the rope is inserted. The I’D S descender is suitable for ropes with a diameter of 10 to 11.5 mm and enables loads of up to 250 kg to be handled.
