Magpul has built on its Magpul Flight Glove to create the Magpul Flight Glove 2.0, which features an upgraded fit and modern materials. It provides a superior solution to traditional Nomex flight gloves worn by military aviators since the 1960s. The Flight Glove 2.0 fits like a second skin and has ambidextrous three-finger touchscreen capability. This makes it ideal for use during high dexterity tasks such as welding or working on engines. The back of the hand includes a combination of Nomex and Kevlar for flash-resistance, flame, and anti-static protection. Moreover, the goatskin leather palm and fingers are durable yet soft, and provide true physical feedback and tactile feel of equipment controls. The glove is also designed with gauntlet coverage that extends past the wrist, allowing for better protection. It comes with subdued branding for improved camouflage and concealment. The glove has excellent flexibility and dexterity, and a clip strap that allows for easy storage and transport.
