The Forecaster is actually a CrossCountry bad-weather tyre, but this new version is specifically made for short-travel trail bike use with a travel of 100 to 130 mm, i.e. DownCountry. In return, the new Forekaster offers significantly improved rolling behaviour with solid traction in corners as well as when braking, no matter what the conditions on the trail. This makes the revised model the ideal companion for long tours in different types of terrain and offers a riding performance that ranks between the Rekon and the Minion.
